Easy Kale Crisps

A fast crunchy snack with curly kale, oil, salt, spices, and optional sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • A small bouquet of curly kale
  • A cooking oil
  • Salt and spices you like
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Process

  1. 1 Slide the leaves from the stem and rip the leaves into smaller pieces.
  2. 2 Season with a dash of oil, salt, sesame seeds, and any spice you like.
  3. 3 Use a bit less salt and spice rather than too much.
  4. 4 Bake at 200C for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5 Check regularly because they can over-fry fast.
  6. 6 Do not let them get brown; a dark green color is perfect.
