Easy Kale Crisps

A fast crunchy snack with curly kale, oil, salt, spices, and optional sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- A small bouquet of curly kale
- A cooking oil
- Salt and spices you like
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Process
- 1 Slide the leaves from the stem and rip the leaves into smaller pieces.
- 2 Season with a dash of oil, salt, sesame seeds, and any spice you like.
- 3 Use a bit less salt and spice rather than too much.
- 4 Bake at 200C for about 10 minutes.
- 5 Check regularly because they can over-fry fast.
- 6 Do not let them get brown; a dark green color is perfect.
