A foraged pesto made with nasturtium, sunflower seeds, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Ingredients
- Nasturtium
- A spoon of sunflower seeds
- A good splash of olive oil
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- A tiny garlic clove
Process
- 1 Mix everything with a hand mixer.
- 2 If it is too dry, add more oil.
- 3 If it is too liquid, add more sunflower seeds or nasturtium.
