Whether you're a blue collar worker at a mill, or a C-Level executive, getting shit done is all that matters. Family, friends, work, and "me time" is a balancing act. Everyone's situations are different; some people have more responsibilitites, less resources, health issues, and other metrics which need to be navigated.

Nothing makes life more enjoyable than not having any stress. The majority of stress comes from the feeling we are not doing enough, there is more to do; from "worrying". Stress is going to kill you, make your family suffer, make your friends worry, risk your employment, destroy your creative ability and basically destroy your experience on this planet.

When you go to bed at night, and you look back on the day, if you can say "I did my best, regardless of what went my way or a different way, I was kind, organized and focused, I flowed and was open to new obstacles and opportunities" I guerentee you, you will not be stressed. The next day when you wake up, you will not be stressed.
